accent_color=&#8221;rgba(0,0,0,0.1)&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1608195050020{margin-top: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]Die Epiduroskopie erm\u00f6glicht Behandlungen von R\u00fcckenmarksverengungen oder Verklebungen, Bandscheibenvorf\u00e4llen, Nervenverengungen sowie daraus resultierende chronische Schmerzen.<br \/>\nBei der Epiduroskopie ist ein Eingriff mit einer schwenkbaren fiberoptischen Kamera, da\u00df die Einsicht in den R\u00fcckenmarkskanal erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Nutzung der Epiduroskopie bei Schmerzbehandlungen<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Es bestehen zwei grundlegende Anwendungen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es wird durch die Linderung der chronischen R\u00fccken- und Beinschmerzen, die epidurale Verklebung gel\u00f6st. Die Verklebungen an den Nervenwurzeln des unteren R\u00fcckens sind Folgen von Dekompressionen bei Bandscheibenvorf\u00e4llen oder von eingesetzten Implantate.<\/li>\n<li>Die Epiduroskopie erm\u00f6glicht Verabreichungen von Injektionen. Falls Nervenwurzelblockaden versagt haben, wird w\u00e4hrend der Injektion von Depot-Medrol und lokaler An\u00e4sthesie-mischungen um die entz\u00fcndeten Nervenwurzeln das Eindringen der Medizin auf epiduralem Wege an die verklebten entz\u00fcndeten Nervenwurzeln verhindert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wie wird die Epiduroskopie angewendet?<\/h2>\n<p>Die Epiduroskopie ist ein Vorgang, der im OP-Saal mittels lokaler An\u00e4sthesie oder Sedierung verwirklicht wird. Die Epiduroskopie ist ein minimaler invasiver Vorgang, wobei der Patient auf dem Bauch liegt. Unter R\u00f6ntgendurchleuchtung und Sicht wird mit einem Kateter durch eine kleine \u00d6ffnung im Kreuzbein eingedrungen. Mit Hilfe des Endoskops werden die verklebten R\u00e4ume gesichtet. Unter lokaler An\u00e4sthesie werden in diesem Raum Kochsalzl\u00f6sung injiziert, um die Verklebung zu l\u00f6sen. Anschlie\u00dfend wird Hyaluronidase injiziert, um die erneute Verklebung zu verhindern.
