Generell haben 30% der Patienten unmittelbar nach einer Amputation Erfahrung mit Phantomschmerzen gemacht.<br \/>\nDas Phantomgef\u00fchl und der Phantomschmerz klingen bei den meisten Patienten nach der Amputation innerhalb eines Jahres ab. Unter 10% der Patienten konnte man beobachten, da\u00df im 2. Jahr nach der Amputation Phantomschmerzen entstehen.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist ein Stumpfschmerz?<\/h2>\n<p>Stumpfschmerz ist eine Schmerzwahrnehmung nach der Amputation am verbliebenen Stumpf. Diese Schmerzen zeigen Symptome wie Brennen, Stechen, und Verkrampfungen auf. Bei der Phantomempfindlichkeit besteht die Empfindung, als ob die Gliedma\u00dfe noch ganz oder teilweise vorhanden sei.<\/p>\n<h2>Behandlung des Phantomschmerzes<\/h2>\n<p>Die Behandlung von Phantomschmerzen ist schwer, aber mittlerweile gibt es wirksame Methoden, die die Beschwerden des Patienten auskurieren.
