Sie ist eine minimal invasive und reversible Behandlung.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[vc_separator color=&#8221;custom&#8221; accent_color=&#8221;rgba(0,0,0,0.1)&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1608195050020{margin-top: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist SCS?<\/h2>\n<p>Bei chronische, starke und unheilbare Schmerzbehandlungen wird der Schmerz mit geringer Voltst\u00e4rke in dem R\u00fcckenmark elektrischen Strom gegeben, um somit der Schmerz unterdr\u00fcckt.<br \/>\nVereinfacht ausgedr\u00fcckt l\u00e4\u00dft sich das so ausdr\u00fccken: Die Elektroden werden dem Patienten epidural in den Epiduralraum platziert und durch den unterhalb der Haut implantierte Impulsgenerator werden kontrollierte Impulse erzeugt um die Stimulation zu veranlassen.<\/p>\n<h2>Wie wird SCS angewendet?<\/h2>\n<p>Die epidurale R\u00fcckenmarkstimulation ist ein Eingriff, der im OP-saal durchgef\u00fchrt wird. Nachdem der Patient f\u00fcr diesen Eingriff vorbereitet wird, wird er auf den Bauch liegend seitlich gelagert. Unter Bildgebungshilfe kontrolliert, wird mit der Nadel an der festgelegten Stelle eingef\u00fchrt. Die Elektroden, die durch die Nadel durchgef\u00fchrt werden, werden wieder unter Bildgebungshilfe kontrolliert in den Spinalkanal verschoben und angelegt. W\u00e4hrend des Eingriffs werden verschiedene Stimulationsintensit\u00e4ten im Schmerzbereich testend angepasst, um die optimalste Einstellung der Elektroden festzustellen. In den Bereich werden Elektroden vorl\u00e4ufig eingesetzt. Das andere Ende der Elektroden, die sich au\u00dferhalb des K\u00f6rpers befinden wird an einen Teststimulator angeschlossen. Danach ist der Patienten zwischen 1-3 Wochen unter Beobachtung. Sollte beim Patienten eine zufriedenstellende Schmerzreduktion (min. 50%) erreicht werden, wird der Teststimulator rausgenommen und mit einem kleinen Einschnitt ein Stimulator unter der Haut implantiert.<\/p>\n<h2>Vorbereitungen vor der Anwendung:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vor dem Eingriff darf es zu keiner Infektion des Patienten bestehen.<\/li>\n<li>Blutverd\u00fcnner wie Aspirin, Coumadine, Plavix usw.) d\u00fcrfen nicht eingenommen werden.
