Die Hauptgr\u00fcnde sind vaginale Geburten, Schwangerschaften und Menopause.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Urgeinkontinenz:<\/strong> Der Harndrang des Patienten kommt \u00fcberfallsartig bedingt durch Verspannungen. Oft schaffen es die Betroffenen nicht mehr rechtzeitig zur Toilette. Harnwegsinfektionen, Harnblase und Darmbeschwerden, Sand in den Harnwegen, Nierenstein, Parkinson, Alzheimer, MS sind Ursachen f\u00fcr Urgeinkontinenz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die \u00fcberaktive Blase (\u201eoveractive bladder\u201c, OAB, Reizblase):<\/strong> ist ein Zustand mit Symptomen, bei dem der Patient sehr oft das Gef\u00fchl hat, tags\u00fcber und nachts nicht rechtzeitig zur Toilette zu schaffen (mehr als 8-mal am Tag) und somit unf\u00e4hig ist den Harndrang zu kontrollieren. In einigen F\u00e4llen kommt es neben der Unf\u00e4higkeit des Harnhaltens auch die Unf\u00e4higkeit den Stuhl zu halten. Diese Krankheit positioniert sich unter den ersten 10 chronischen Krankheiten, die die Lebensqualit\u00e4t beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Ursachen des OAB\u2018s sind sehr verschieden. Neurogene Krankheiten, Diabetes, Harnweginfektionen, Bandscheibenoperation, Parkinson Menopause bei Frauen, Blasentumore, Blasenbeschwerden, bestimmte Medikamente, altersbedingte Ursachen, Fettleibigkeit, Alkoholgenuss in hohen Ma\u00dfen sind Ursachen dieser Beschwerden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Symptome der Harninkontinenz<\/h2>\n<p>Der unkontrollierte Austritt des Harns in Form von Tr\u00f6pfeln oder Flie\u00dfen ist das Hauptindiz eines Patienten, der unf\u00e4hig ist den Harn zu halten.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sehr oft Harndrang,<\/li>\n<li>Auftreten von Schmerzen w\u00e4hrend des Harnaustritts,<\/li>\n<li>Harnverhalt oder Schwierigkeiten beim Harnlassen,<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ufige Harnwegentz\u00fcndung k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls Anzeichen Harninkontinenz sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ursachen zur Unf\u00e4higkeit Stuhl zu halten<\/h2>\n<p>Die Stuhlinkontinenz hat ihre Ursachen in Bl\u00e4hungen oder im unkontrollierten Stuhlgang. Stuhlinkontinenz (unf\u00e4hig Stuhl zu halten) haben neben idiopathische Ursachen, deren Ursache nicht nachgewiesen werden kann, traumatische (vaginale Geburt, Riss des Nierenbeckens, Verletzungen usw.) Ursachen. Bedingte neurologische Beschwerden, R\u00fcckenmark- und Nervenverletzungen oder L\u00e4hmungen sind als Ursachen zu betrachten. Einige Patienten sp\u00fcren es nie, einige wiederum k\u00f6nnen den Stuhl nicht halten, obwohl sie es sp\u00fcren.<\/p>\n<h2>Behandlung von Harn und Stuhlinkontinenz<\/h2>\n<p>Es gibt sehr viele M\u00f6glichkeiten von medikament\u00f6sen bis zur Chirurgischen Behandlung in Bezug auf Unf\u00e4higkeit Harn, Gas und Stuhl zu halten. Auch das Beckenbodentraining ist eines der Behandlungsmethode, die den Patienten zu empfehlen ist.<br \/>\nMedikament\u00f6se Behandlung, Laserbehandlung zu Unf\u00e4higkeit Harn zu halten, Beckenboden\u00fcbungen (Kegel-\u00dcbung) und operative Eingriffe sind bereits vorhandene Behandlungsmethoden. Bei Ausgew\u00e4hlten Harninkontinenz-Patienten kann Botox und Laserbehandlung erfolgreich wirken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sakrale Nervenstimulation (SNS) ist eines der wirksamsten Methoden bei der Behandlung von Harninkontinenz und OAB.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach Ermittlung der Ursachen f\u00fcr Stuhlinkontinenz wird der Patienten entsprechend behandelt.
